Syria launches crackdown in Deraa

Syrian tanks and armoured vehicles have launched a crackdown in the city of Deraa - where anti-government protests began more than a month ago. Eyewitnesses reported at least five people were killed. Meanwhile the authorities have sealed the nearby border with Jordan.
