Serbia says it awaits a decision by the International Court of Justice on Kosovo

As ICJ hearings into the legality of Kosovo's independence from Serbia get underway, Serbian president Boris Tadic tells Deutsche Welle "we are not part of the problems anymore, we are part of the solution".
