Road pirates in Prague

In recent years the Czech Republic has made great strides in reducing the number of deaths on the roads. But a spate of fatal accidents involving young men driving powerful cars has sparked a debate about how to tackle so-called 'road pirates'. Changes to the law are currently being examined that would allow police to confiscate vehicles rather than just driving licences. Rob Cameron reports.
