Kenya's Ruto withdraws reviled tax bill after protests

Kenyan President William Ruto has announced the withdrawal of a controversial finance bill after protests resulted in 22 deaths. The mostly young protesters were angry over the proposed tax hikes. DW's Felix Maringa reports from Nairobi.
