Brussels shootings spark debate over deportation policy

The prime ministers of Belgium and Sweden have called for better border checks and wider powers to expel irregular migrants after the fatal shooting of two Swedish soccer fans in Brussels this week. The alleged attacker should have left Belgium three years ago.
