Blinken heads to Jamaica for high-level talks on Haiti

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is meeting Caribbean leaders for emergency talks on ending Haiti's spiraling gang violence. Only days ago, armed groups attacked police stations and government offices in the country’s capital Port-au-Prince.
