Argentina’s presidential elections without clear winner

Argentina is headed for a presidential run-off next month as a first round of voting failed to produce a clear winner. The close race came as a surprise to many as it saw center-left economy minister Sergio Massa make a strong showing despite overseeing 140 percent inflation.
