The traditional Greek salad is known throughout the world - comprised of lettuce, tomatoes, olives and feta cheese. However on the Greek island of Kos the dish is made with a special type of goat's cheese instead. We're in Mastichari at the Traditional House Restaurant where owner Savvas Giannou and his chef Zacharias Hazicharistos show us how it's done.
